We’ve are currently relocating our offices and all in office pickups have been suspended. We will updated you when we are slated to reopen.

Phone Consultation

At anytime if you need to book a consultation, you can book a free 15 minute phone call which you can access by selecting the icon.

In the event that you require a longer phone call, the cost will be $25 which will be credited to any services and/or print you order with our company.

PRICING, STARTUP RATES & PAYMENT CHANGES
  • Deposits All projects require an Upfront deposit of 50% prior to getting started, and the remaining balance will be required at the completion of the project. 

Once an invoice has been issued, payment of the deposit is required to start the project. Any remaining balance is due within a 24 hr period of the completed project . If the payment is not received within 7 days of the invoice, an additional $50 late charge will be added and block any future projects until all fees are paid in full.

  • Project Branding – All PRINT DESIGN and ELECTRONIC done by Cre8tivstudios will  be branded with our tag on the design or within the credits. You can remove our branding for a fee of $10

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We have integrated an upgrade in the way we handle our media, graphics, print, and project management. We now use www.glip.com to manage all of our client communications, file handling, document delivery, and project management. There is no cost to use this service. Utilizing this platform will enable better customer communication and input on projects, as well as visibility of project progression. While there are other features available,  we know these are most important to ensure timely delivery.
    • Turnaround times – Every project will have an initial 3 – 5 business day turnaround time depending on the scope of the project (excluding Logo, Media, and Web design). Turnaround times begin after all deposits have been paid and all relevant information has been received.
        • Rush Projects – Last minute projects will incur a  $75 rush fee for a one-day turnaround.
        • Project Credit – In the event that Cre8tivStudios does not meet its turnaround time, you will be credited 25% which can be used to offset your balance or used as credit for a future project.
        • Editing An additional charge of $50 an hour will be required for more than 3 changes.
    • Printing Turnaround Times All turn times on printing is 2 – 4 business days!  Print orders have to be approved by 9 am and paid for in full to have the print started that day! 
        • Project Details – Lack of information necessary to fully complete your order will add 2 business days to your project completion date. Please make every attempt to submit your details via the mobile app or online client-supplied above as to not prolong your project.
DELIVERY SCHEDULING & PRICE
  • Print Delivery Fee – The Fee is $15 and is required to be paid in full at the time of request.
  • RefundsThere will be NO cash refunds given once we have received a deposit and begun the work. We will only allow in house CREDIT for products or services.
